If you are enrolled in a Bloomin’ Brands medical plan, you have access to Hello Heart’s program for heart health, monitoring, and coaching. Hello Heart helps you track blood pressure, gain personalized health insights, and build heart-healthy habits using a connected blood pressure monitor and mobile app.

Eligibility
Any employee or adult dependent enrolled in a BBI medical plan.*
Hello Heart may work best if:
- Your blood pressure reads over 130/80, or you are on blood pressure medication
- You are on medication for high cholesterol
- You are a woman aged 52+ or menopausal/postmenopausal
*Eligibility and available services vary by program. Participants must be enrolled in a BBI medical plan to qualify.
