How It Works
- Order Your Home Kit: To get started, click here to order your VirtualCheckup Home Kit.
- Collect Your Samples: You’ll receive a package in the mail with everything you need to collect your samples for your at-home checkup.
- Consult with a Nurse Practitioner: Once your results are ready, you’ll complete a brief online health questionnaire and have a private video consultation with a licensed Nurse Practitioner, who will review your results and help you create a personalized action plan to help you stay healthy and strong.
- Earn Health Rewards Points: The results from your VirtualCheckup can satisfy your biometric screening wellness activity (Health Action), earning you 75 points toward the 200 points needed to get rewarded with a medical premium discount the following plan year.
Your confidential results are never shared with Bloomin’ Brands. They’re yours alone, stored securely and accessible only to you and your Nurse Practitioner.
