This is your annual opportunity to review and update your benefits for 2026. We have made some changes and enhancements you should know about as you get ready to enroll or make changes to your benefits. We’ve outlined the details of the choices you have here. We encourage you to read through this page to see for yourself what’s new for 2026.

Make sure your employment type (Salaried or Hourly) is reflected in the top right-hand corner of this website to ensure you’re accessing the correct information.

Open Enrollment: Choose the Right Medical Plan for You

For medical coverage, you have three medical plan options available for 2026: the Choice PPO, the Value PPO, and the Choice HSA.

Discontinued Plans

The Value HRA, Choice HRA, and Value HSA medical plans are being discontinued. If you are enrolled in one of these plans, and do not make a new election during Open Enrollment, you will automatically be enrolled in one of the three remaining plans as follows:

  • Choice HRA → Value PPO
  • Value HRA → Value PPO
  • Value HSA → Choice HSA

Spend Your HRA Funds by Dec. 31

If you have a health reimbursement account (HRA), you have until December 31, 2025 to spend any remaining funds or they will be forfeited.

Health Rewards: Earn a Medical Premium Discount!

If you and your covered spouse participated in our wellness program and completed the required activities in 2025, you’re eligible for discounted medical premiums in 2026. You can complete the activities again next year for a discount in 2027.

Prescription Drug Plan Changes

Our prescription drug plan will cover some medications differently. In addition to a new formulary (list of covered medications), you’ll see the following plan changes starting January 1, 2026:

  • 100% coverage for preventive drugs will be limited to generic medications only.
    • Insulin and diabetic supplies remain covered at 100%.
    • Brand-name preventive drugs will still be covered, but no longer at 100%. They will be subject to the plan’s deductible, coinsurance, or copay.
  • Review the new formulary and check to see how your medication is covered.
  • Certain specialty medications will require enrollment through the SaveOnSP Copay Assistance Program.
  • Payments made on behalf of copay assistance programs will no longer count toward your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum.

Special Opportunity for Income Protection Coverage

You have a special chance to secure your income protection benefits during Open Enrollment, even if you previously waived coverage or were denied. You can:

  • Enroll in the short-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) buy-up plans with no evidence of insurability (EOI).
  • Enroll in or increase supplemental life insurance coverage for yourself and your spouse, up to the guaranteed issue amount with no health questions required.

Take advantage of this limited-time opportunity to protect your income and your family’s financial security.

New Preventive Care Option

We are excited to introduce a new option for preventive care made easy! Starting in early 2026, you and your spouse or adult dependents will have a convenient new way to take charge of your health. This program will offer a simple, private, and flexible way to complete a preventive care checkup right at home on your schedule. Look for more information in 2026!

Reminder: Open Enrollment runs from October 28 to November 11, 2025. This is your chance to make the changes you need for 2026, including:

  • Updating your coverage
  • Adding or removing covered dependents from your plans
  • Choosing your contribution amounts for pretax savings accounts

Dependent Verification in Workday

For any newly-added dependents, and for currently-enrolled dependents who have not yet been verified in Workday, the required dependent verification documentation must be provided during Open Enrollment.
