Arrears are premiums that are due for medical, dental, and vision benefits. These premiums may not have come out of your paycheck due to the paycheck not covering the amount or because you are a tipped employee.
ThrivePass is our vendor that collects arrears. They collect arrears one month behind, so if you receive a letter in October, it is to collect September arrears. Please make sure you pay these arrears to avoid interruptions in your benefits coverage.
