How to make changes

If you have a qualifying life event, log into BBI Connect to make your changes. Select Life Events under the Myself tab. Then, select which Life Event applies. Any changes you make must be consistent with your event. Supporting documentation is required within 31 days of the qualifying life event date (60 days for adding a newborn). Submit supporting documentation to bbiconnect@bloominbrands.com.

Important: Make sure you have your dependent’s or beneficiary’s Social Security number and date of birth.
