Coverage highlights

Salaried Team Members, including Team Members whose primary job is Sous Chef, MIT, GEDM, or Flex Manager are automatically enrolled in Core Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance, and have the option to select a Buy-Up option.

Short-Term Disability begins to pay benefits on the 8th day of disability resulting from a non-work related illness or injury. After 180 days of disability, Long-Term Disability takes over.
